Hi, Good Morning , i was able to be issued the visa , here is the visa copy , my ticket & itinerary , passport copy and hotel reservation , please confirm picking me up at the airport and the hotel is near to your office , if you do not prefer it ,i would rather prefer a closeby accomodation to your office . Please confirm all document .

Upon our arrival , the feasibility study will commence immediately as we would be leaving after 2wks due to the xmas holiday .
